Tred Avon Players Awards 2025 Scholarship to Connor Christopher

High school students can still qualify for a 2026 scholarship through TAP’s upcoming productions and youth workshop.

Oxford, Md — May 29, 2025 — Tred Avon Players (TAP) is proud to announce that Connor Christopher, a senior at North Caroline High School, has been named the recipient of the 2025 David & Fiona Foster Scholarship. Connor, who will attend the University of Maryland this fall, performed in TAP’s 2023 production of The Fantasticks

The scholarship was presented by TAP board member Marcia Gilliam. “We’re thrilled to support Connor as he begins this exciting new chapter,” said Gilliam. “The scholarship is a tribute to David and Fiona Foster’s legacy and a reminder of the transformative power of community theater.”
